He was born in Monselice (Padua) on October 5th 1973. He graduated in Architecture in 1999 at University IUAV in Venice. Member of the Order of Architects of Treviso since 2000.

An excerpt of his thesis has been exposed in the exhibition that IUAV has set up in Seoul and Beijing as part of the events organized in collaboration with CAMU (College of Architecture Miongji University).

In 2008, together with Eng. Carlo Chiodin, he founded the company Dimensione Progetto S.n.c.

He deals with architectural design, construction supervision and coordination for safety on construction sites (Safety Management).

Among his works we mention the project, construction supervision and safety management for the renovation of an Outpatient Hospice (Padua old town); project, construction supervision and safety management for the renovation of a “Casa di Accoglienza”, a house for families of hospital patients (Padua old town).

For the architectural and urban planning, we mention the project, construction supervision and safety management for the works related to the urbanization of a residential area in Treviso and the architectural project of residential and touristic building in Jesolo Beach. We also point out the safety management for the replacement of Thermal Power stations at the headquarters of Assicurazioni Generali S.P.A. in Mogliano Veneto.

Arch. Finco is also involved in projects with an environmental value. In this regard it includes tasks undertaken by the Consorzio Nuova Venezia – Venice Water Authority.

He also played the role of Technical Consultant in civil lawsuits and technical and administrative testing of Town Planning Implementation.
