Law Graduated, member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Padua, member of the Auditing Legals and professional civil mediator, Filippo Fornasiero since 1988 is part of the administrative body of several companies involved in tax, corporate, labor law, real estate and services consulting.

Multiple specializations acquired: assistance in ordinary and extraordinary corporate transactions (M&A, buy/sell mandates), analysis and management control, restructuring and corporate reorganization, planning and business strategies, management of family assets, family agreements. Assistance in tax litigation.

Chairman of the organizing committee for the establishment of the Cooperative Credit Bank of Padua (Banca di Credito Cooperativo Città di Padova), then elected President of Costituenda Cooperative Credit Bank of Padua (Costituenda Banca di Credito Cooperativo Città di Padova). He’s one of the promoters of a committee of entrepreneurs and professionals for the development of initiatives aimed at increasing economic activities.
