DP&P deals with, also, urban planning and, in particular, of feasibility studies, business plans and implementation plans. In particular for the latter activity it was able to develop both of the subdivision plans for new residential developments both Recovery Plans. The Office integrates urban design with the design of the technological networks and services under thanks to the synergy with other offices. These skills have enabled DP & P also cover technical and administrative inspections of infrastructure works on behalf of Municipal Administrations of the Province of Treviso.
