In the commercial area in Marcon (VE), known as VALECENTER, we have treated the design and construction supervision of plant engineering of many commercial buildings (Divani & Divani, Cibavision, Unieuro, OVIESSE, Bingo and others). Particularly important is the Multiplex Complex with 12 cinemas (ex WARNER VILLAGE, now UCI CINEMAS), inside which were also built game rooms, restaurant, bar, bowling and commercial spaces. In this complex it has been applied, among the first in Europe, the technology of air conditioning of "water-ring" type, which allows the recovery and transfer of thermal energy from rooms where the overcrowding requires cooling even in winter and those where it is necessary to provide heating.
