For the Azienda Agricola Succi it was designed and directed the construction of a plant for intensive eel farming consisting of hatchery for the weaning in thermal environment controlled and areas of pre-fattening and fattening in high density population ponds . Were realized the heating systems and water heat recovery for the hatchery, oxygenation plants with high efficiency with the use of liquid oxygen, all controlled by a computerized monitoring and control system. For the implementation of the intervention have also been cured and brought to fruition funding practices through regional and community contributions.
