RESIDENTIAL BUILDING FOR OWNER'S USE – 2011
It's a new building rised in the middle Southern Lagoon, starting from different preexisting buildings, collapsed many Years ago. Now used as a representative building by the Company who owns it and the very wide “Valle da Pesca”.
The building rises on a piece of land surrounded by water. This made more and more difficult the construction works. Special substructures made of drilled concrete piles gave stability to the house.
The watchover tower connects the two buildings and, through a dock, allows to enter the building coming from a boat at two different levels.
